This unique T-shaped designed home is derived from our clients clever design brief based strictly on form, function, and liveability.

 

With the focus of a northern tree lined corridor, the brief was to take advantage of this outlook from the main living areas of the home. This has provided a serene outlook and solar orientation benefits of the northern axis of the home fronting this wonderful, wooded view line.

 

To the West, ocean glimpses were achieved by clever Rammed Earth Structures and narrow full height windows, which perfectly positioned to capture the view.
